This Privacy Statement applies to Sportsdigita, LLC (“Sportsdigita”) and which are owned and operated by us. This Privacy Statement describes how Sportsdigita collects and uses the personal data you (“you” or “your”) provide on our websites and with respect to the subscription of our services (“Products”). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal data and how you can access and update this data. For new Customers or visitors to our websites, changes or updates to this Privacy Statement (https://www.thedigideck.com/privacy) are effective upon the “Last Updated Date” set forth above. For existing Customers, changes or updates to this Privacy Statement are effective thirty (30) calendar days after such “Last Updated Date”. We may update this Privacy Statement to reflect changes to our information practices. When we make changes to this Privacy Statement, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of the statement. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this website prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. If you do not agree to the new Privacy Policy, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cancel and stop using our Products.

In general, Sportsdigita may obtain personal data about several different types of individuals, including (i) Web site visitors, (ii) business or individual customers, and (iii) potential customers. Sportsdigita’s practices with respect to each of these types of individuals are described below.
- Web Site Visitors
Sportsdigita generally collects, uses, and discloses information about website visitors in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
- Account and Support Data
Sportsdigita may obtain various types of personal data about our customers and website visitors. Such data may include contact information, names, address, phone number, and email address; information about products and services ordered or provided; payment information (such as credit card number, cardholder name, credit card verification number and expiration date); passwords; information collected through Internet-based and e-commerce activities (including information collected through log files, cookies, clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/ Web Bugs), images, and scripts, or from our third-party service providers); and, other transaction-related data.
We also may collect personal data from you through our downloadable software including data such as your name, email address, telephone number, and password.
Sportsdigita may use your personal data for business purposes, including to deliver or provide products or services; to establish or maintain customer and business relationships; to provide access to Internet-based and e-commerce activities; to perform accounting functions; and to conduct other activities as necessary or appropriate in connection with the servicing and development of the business relationship.
If you are a Customer, you may update, access, delete inaccuracies, or correct your personal data by making the change within your account once logged into the site or by contacting us at privacy@sportsdigita.com to do so. To the extent that you receive marketing communications from us, and wish to unsubscribe or otherwise stop receiving such communications, you can opt-out by following the instructions included in each communication, by adjusting your account settings, or by emailing us at privacy@sportsdigita.com. If you are not a Customer, but have submitted your personal data through the contact us link and wish to have your information updated or wish to have us delete inaccuracies, please contact us at privacy@sportsdigita.com. We will respond to such email requests within 30 days.
If you wish to save your payment method to your account, we allow you to do so. You may at any time delete your payment information by logging into your account; however, depending on the subscription term you choose, you may be prevented from deleting your payment information in order to continue your subscription. We do not have access to this information. This is stored on an SSL encrypted page. In certain circumstances, we have contracted with a service provider for the purposes of processing the fees related to your subscription. In this case, you should review the privacy terms of our service provider as they apply to the use of your payment card information.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide you Products. We will retain and use your information as reasonably necessary to conduct our business, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Calendar Addon Data (Google Calendar)
Sportsdigita may obtain third-party calendar data including calendar event information, current calendar and user information. Sportsdigita uses third party calendar data to create and manage Digideck LIVE Meeting Start Time and Titles. Data used and collected is not shared outside of the Digideck.
- Customers
We obtain access to personal data about you when you license our Products, when we perform services for you, and when we provide support services to you. Personal data may include name, email address, log files and other information, and any other information chosen by you for inclusion in your Digideck presentations.
When we obtain access to personal data about you, we are acting as a data processor on behalf of you. We conduct such activities strictly in accordance with your instructions and pursuant to our agreement with you.
- Communications from the Site
We will occasionally send you information on products, services, or promotions. Out of respect for your privacy, we present the option not to receive these promotional types of communications. You may opt-out from receiving these types of communications by following the instructions included in each communication, by adjusting your account settings, or by emailing us at privacy@sportsdigita.com.
- Service-Related Announcements
We will send you service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email to notify you of the suspension.
Generally, you may not opt-out of these non-promotional communications. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account and stop using the Products.
- Other Necessary Disclosures
Sportsdigita may sell, transfer, or disclose personal data to business partners as appropriate in accordance with the terms of negotiated agreements for legitimate business purposes. In addition, we may sell, transfer, or disclose personal data to our service providers under negotiated contracts as needed for such service providers to perform services on our behalf. Our business partners and service providers may only use your personal data for the purpose and to fulfill our obligations with the contract terms we have in place with you. Service providers and business partners may not use personal data for any other purposes. If Sportsdigita has knowledge that a business partner or service provider to which it has disclosed your personal data is processing your personal data in a way that is contrary to this Privacy Statement, we will take reasonable steps to prevent or stop such processing. In such case, the service provider or business partner is liable for damages unless it is proven that Sportsdigita is responsible for the event giving rise to the violation.
Sportsdigita may also sell, transfer, or disclose personal data as necessary in connection with the sale or transfer of all or part of our business. Once information about such a sale or transfer may be shared publicly, we will inform you of the sale, transfer or disclosure of your personal data by a prominent notice on our website(s) and that notice will include information about the handling of your personal data. In the event of a sale, transfer, or disclosure, Sportsdigita will require the recipient of the personal data to protect such data in accordance with applicable law and/or otherwise take steps to ensure that personal data is appropriately protected.

Sportsdigita will not sell, share, rent, trade, or disclose your personal data with third parties other than as set forth within this Privacy Statement.
- Data Security and Integrity
Sportsdigita uses a third party global hosting data center that stores and processes personal data in the United States. From time-to-time and to meet the demands of our business requirements, we may change the location of our data centers and our service providers with whom we contract. We will notify you of any change as may be required by the terms of your contract with us. Sportsdigita takes commercially reasonable precautions to protect personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction within our data centers and in our other corporate locations. We also make reasonable efforts to keep your personal data accurate, current, complete, and reliable for its intended use.
The security of your personal data is important to us. When you provide us with your personal data, we will encrypt personal data using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or we will protect your personal data using appropriate access controls.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
