THE ROLE
Sportsdigita is looking to add to our growing Marketing team! Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and auditing our existing MarTech stack. You’ll have an affinity for process and a passion for collaborating closely with your team members. Your ability to think analytically, while retaining a holistic view of all things marketing will set you up for success.
YOUR IMPACT
- Ensure marketing data is being properly collected and connected within Pardot, Salesforce, Drift, Chili Piper, Zoominfo, WordPress, and Google Analytics
- Manage and optimize customized WordPress websites and landing pages
- Ensure that our websites reflect best-in-class tactics and experiences
- Leverage and maximize our MarTech stack to build, and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (digital advertising, paid media, email, webinars, partnerships, and more)
- Manage complex digital projects with key stakeholders and report on performance and ROI
- Implement best-in-class SEO tactics and strategies
- Stay abreast of professional trends and demonstrate an ability to continually learn while cultivating opportunities for the marketing team
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 2-4 years experience in B2B marketing – demonstrating a strong understanding of demand generation, and programmatic marketing
- Experience leveraging marketing automation software to maximize campaign tracking and effectiveness (Salesforce and Pardot experience preferred)
- Experience maintaining and optimizing WordPress websites
- Experience integrating best-of-breed technologies into our existing MarTech stack
- Problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to new technologies
- Ability to analyze data within the marketing funnel to identify growth opportunities
- Driven to support comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans with a willingness to test, and re-test, continuously with a strong problem/solution mindset
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
