Recapping Our Week at National Sports Forum

Wow! What a week – from hosting a powerful panel, to catching up with our Dallas-based partners, this year’s NSF was one for the books.

Every year, NSF gathers the top sports marketing, sales, promotions, and event entertainment executives in the industry together for two full days of innovation and collaboration. We always find tenacious value in sponsoring NSF – and this year was no exception.

For our opening evening in Frisco, we had the opportunity to visit our partners at FC Dallas and tour Toyota Stadium. Exploring their venue in-person after building their sponsorship and recap Digidecks was an electrifying experience. Day 1 of NSF had special meaning for Sportsdigita – we hosted the most attended session of the day! Our sponsorship panel with Graham Siderius, Director of Corporate Partnerships for the Anaheim Ducks and Bill Melo, Chief Marketing Executive for Toshiba provided invaluable insight on staying relevant in today’s competitive marketplace to all that attended. Graham shared processes put in place by the Ducks to solidify seven figure revenue increases in sponsorship and spoke more specifically about why big brands like Toshiba felt partnering with the Ducks was the right solution for their business.

Continuing the fun, our partners at the Dallas Cowboys were kind enough to host our team for an evening at their beautiful athletic facility, Ford Center. It is so incredible that high school football teams in Texas get to play at such an expansive complex for state playoffs! The Cowboys have been an engaged partner of Sportsdigita since 2014 and we’re proud to persistently provide them with sponsorship and recap Digidecks that help them lead the way in NFL revenue standings.

Also based locally in Dallas, are our friends at Learfield! Since teaming up with Learfield last year, we have launched Digidecks for over 120 of their collegiate properties! Our relationship has been gratifying and prosperous for college sports nationwide. Linking up with the Learfield team while at NSF was a blast – we love hearing their perspectives on the industry and anticipating what’s ahead for the future of sports.

We are already looking forward to next year’s NSF in Las Vegas! Thank you to the city of Frisco, the NSF staff, and everyone else who made this event so successful – see you in Sin City!
